Performance Tier

30%

Qualify for 30% when you have at least 10 active paying referrals at the monthly assessment.

Assessed on the first day of each month using UTC.
Applies to all eligible payments received during that month.
Returns to 25% if you fall below the threshold at a later assessment.
A higher tier does not extend a customer’s commission period. Free plans, failed payments, self-referrals, refunds and chargebacks do not earn commission.

Eligible registrations are attributed to your account. Successful subscription payments can then generate commission.
4. Receive Your Payout
Commissions pass through a 30-day protection period. Approved balances of at least US$50 enter the monthly Stripe payout process.
Customers must register within 30 days of a valid referral click and make their first successful subscription payment within 12 months of registration.

Know When Commission Becomes Payable.

30-Day Protection Period

Each commission remains subject to a 30-day protection period from the successful customer payment, followed by eligibility review.

US$50 Approved Balance

Regular payouts begin when approved commission reaches US$50. Lower balances carry forward while your affiliate account remains open.

Monthly Through Stripe

Eligible balances approved by the previous month-end are scheduled for payout initiation by the 15th, or the next Singapore business day.

Stripe is the sole payout method. Supported location, completed verification and valid payout details are required. The payout initiation date is not a guaranteed arrival date.

Who can apply?

Individuals and organisations with relevant audiences may apply, including creators, educators, website owners and community operators. Applications are reviewed, and participation is subject to programme eligibility and supported payout locations.

Do I need a paid Grayrock subscription?

No. External affiliates can apply without a paid subscription. Active paid customers have a separate activation route through Settings → Referral Programme. Cancelling your own subscription does not, by itself, close an affiliate account in good standing.

How much commission can I earn?

The standard rate is 25% of eligible subscription revenue. Affiliates with at least 10 active paying referrals at the monthly assessment qualify for 30% for that month. Earnings depend on eligible customer payments; no income level is guaranteed.

How long does a referred customer generate commission?

The commission period runs for 12 consecutive months from the customer’s first successful subscription payment. Monthly payments may qualify within that period. An eligible annual subscription payment generates commission once; payments at or after the first anniversary do not qualify.

How does the 30% tier work?

Eligibility is assessed on the first day of each month using UTC. If you qualify, 30% applies to all eligible referral payments received that month. If your active paying referral count falls below 10 at a later assessment, the rate returns to 25%.

How long does referral tracking last?

A customer must register within 30 days of a valid referral click. The first valid attribution is protected against later referral links. Tracking depends on the correct link and available tracking data.

Can a free user upgrade later and still qualify?

Yes. Once an eligible registration is attributed to you, the customer has 12 months from registration to make their first successful subscription payment. Their 12-month commission period starts with that payment.

When and how are affiliates paid?

Payouts are made through Stripe only. Commissions first pass through a 30-day protection period and eligibility review. Approved balances of at least US$50 at the previous month-end enter the monthly payout run, with initiation by the 15th or the next Singapore business day.

What happens if my balance is below US$50?

Approved balances carry forward without expiry while your account remains open, subject to lawful adjustments and the programme terms.

What happens after a refund or chargeback?

The associated commission is reversed. Partial refunds reverse the proportionate amount. If commission has already been paid, the adjustment may be offset against future earnings.

Can I refer myself or an existing customer?

No. Self-referrals are excluded, and existing customer accounts cannot gain a new affiliate attribution by clicking a link after registration.

Can I run paid advertisements or share coupons?

Paid advertising requires prior written approval. Use only current, Grayrock-authorised offers. Brand-keyword bidding, misleading discounts and unauthorised cashback are restricted or prohibited under the Affiliate Program Terms.
